About

Science taught me complexity. Communication taught me what to do with it.

I started in biomedical laboratory science, specialising in virology. Somewhere along the way, I discovered that I was just as interested in another kind of laboratory: the one where ideas, audiences and stories meet.

My professional journey has taken me through journalism, marketing, public relations, SaaS, event marketing, science communication and social impact.

Today, I work at the intersection of marketing and communication, helping organisations turn important ideas into messages that people can understand, remember and act on.

I'm particularly drawn to social-impact work because the stakes are real. Whether the work involves public health, mental health, science, advocacy or community development, good work still needs good communication to reach the people it was created to serve.
